Lifetime Warranty
ABM Office Solutions, Inc. will replace or repair any product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as is in the possession of the original purchaser. This warranty is subject to the provisions listed below. If any ABM Office Solutions product fails under normal use as a result of such a defect, ABM Office Solutions will, at its option, either (I) Repair the product or (2) replace it with comparable product, free of charge.
Exclusions
- Electrical components are warranted for 10 years from date of manufacture: lamps and ballast are not warranted.
- This warranty does not apply, and no other warranty applies to product failure resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Abuse, misuse, or accident.
- Alteration or modification of the product.
- Failure to apply, installs, or maintain product according to ABM Office Solutions' instructions and guidelines.
- Damage caused by the freight carrier in transit will be handled under separate terms, unless purchase includes delivery by ABM and is specified in Purchase Order and Sales Order.
- Color variations, fabrics and finishes, as described below:
- Normal variations in finishes including color, texture and grain variations cannot be avoided, and therefore are not consider defects. ABM Office Solutions does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains or textures of such defects. ABM Office Solutions does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains or textures of such materials.
- Customer's Own Materials (COM'S), Customer's Own Laminate (COL'S), textiles and other materials provided by the purchaser.
This limited warranty is the sole remedy for product defect and no other express or implied warrant is provided, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ABM Office Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
